本機(jī)用于真絲、人絲和合纖原料的單根絲或多根絲（最多為6根），使之成為無(wú)捻度的合股絲線，供喂入捻絲機(jī)或倍捻機(jī)加捻用。
根據(jù)所配用卷取筒子的不同，搖架在160mm~210mm之間可調(diào)，以分別適用于165和210有邊筒子使用，并與大卷裝倍捻機(jī)及GD004-210型軸向絡(luò)絲機(jī)相配套。
