該機適用于真絲、人絲和合纖絲的絞絲絡到圓形有邊筒子上，根據不同工藝流程，可作經緯線用。
由所配用卷取筒子不同，分為145和165兩種規格，145和165是指筒子內壁間距尺寸，也即卷繞長度尺寸。
卷取筒子可直接作牽經喂入用，或加捻并定形處理后作緯線倒筒用。
